A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier / postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

1- Shipping cost is  mentioned with every product to maintain transparency with customers.

2- Currently shipping is available within Gulf, Europe, US, Canada, Some of Arab Countries & Asia.

3- You will be provided with courier tracking code (aramex) to track shipments.

4- Expected delivery time is mentioned with products. We do not deliver on public holidays.

5- Customers are requested to provide correct name, delivery address and contact details for hassle-free delivery.

7- In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, may ship products from different warehouses. This will not increase your shipping charges.

8- The multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Non-delivery of Items

1- All orders require a signature on delivery, which will usually occur between 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m only. Please ensure that someone is available to accept delivery during these hours.

2- Should our courier be unable to deliver, an information regarding your package will be left to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange a re-delivery. It will then become the recipient's responsibility to contact our courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. If no contact is made re-delivery may be attempted without further contact with the recipient.

3- You MUST inform immediately if you do NOT receive your order within 5 working days, in order for us to locate your order.

4- If you have any complaints or queries regarding an order delivery should be made directly to [email protected] within 48 hours.

5- Al Sultan Al Alamia Sweets LLC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage by reason of a delivery failure owing to the recipient not being available, or if the goods perish and become inedible as a result of non-delivery.

6- In the event that Al Sultan Al Alamia Sweets LLC has failed to dispatch your order, you will be entitled to a full-refund or having your order dispatched at a later date.
